Alongside this, we implemented a full CRM and nurturing system designed specifically for luxury projects, supported by rapid speed to lead and a structured qualification process. In just five months, Oak & Stone generated £740,000 in new sales, creating a predictable, scalable pipeline built on quality leads, strategic nurturing and a clear growth roadmap.
